AI Retro Photo provides the following core services:

• AI-Powered Style Transfer: Advanced AI technology that preserves your face 100% while transforming the aesthetic
• Golden Hour Effects: Professional lighting effects with warm tones and soft shadows
• Film Grain & Texture: Authentic vintage film grain and texture effects
• High-Resolution Output: 4K HD realistic cinematic portraits with shallow depth of field
• Commercial Licensing: Full commercial usage rights for generated retro photos

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
• Each user may only register one account

Account Security

• You are responsible for protecting the security of your account password
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• If you discover unauthorized account access, please contact us immediately
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate suspicious accounts

To protect users and comply with applicable laws, our AI models and safety systems are designed to refuse generating content that is infringing, illegal, or NSFW. Attempts to bypass these protections are prohibited.

Permitted Use

• Transform your personal photos into retro and vintage styles for personal, creative, or commercial use
• Upload photos that you have rights to use (your own photos or photos with proper permissions)
• Download and use generated retro photos with full commercial rights
• Create vintage-style photos for social media, professional portfolios, or artistic projects
• Use generated content in compliance with applicable laws

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, violent, or otherwise objectionable
• Create images that infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Generate content depicting real people without consent
• Use the service for creating deepfakes or misleading content
• Attempt to bypass or compromise the service's security measures
• Engage in activities that may damage the service's operation
• Use the service in excessive bulk or automated ways without authorization
• Resell or redistribute service access rights
• Generate content for illegal activities or purposes

Our AI model and safety systems automatically decline prompts that are infringing, unlawful, or NSFW. Such requests will not be processed.

Prohibited Products and Services

The following products and services are strictly prohibited on our platform and in any use of AI Retro Photo. This list mirrors payment partner requirements and may be updated at any time. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Sexually oriented or pornographic content of any kind, including NSFW chatbots
• IPTV services; dating sites; marketplaces that resell third‑party products
• Physical goods of any kind; counterfeit goods
• Spyware, stalkerware, or parental control apps intended to surveil others
• Donations or charity where no product exists or price exceeds product value
• Products/content without proper licenses or IP rights; PLR/MRR products
• Any products restricted by payment processors or applicable laws
• Illegal or age‑restricted products: drugs and paraphernalia, alcohol, tobacco, vaping products
• Regulated products/services: CBD, gambling, weapons, ammunition, pay‑to‑play auctions, sweepstakes, lotteries
• Financial/regulated services: real estate, mortgage, lending, telemarketing, cellular/communication services, door‑to‑door sales, bankruptcy, legal, merchant services, debt‑relief, collections, banking/financing, currency exchange, warranties
• Timeshares; pharmacies, pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals
• Homework/essay mills; multi‑level marketing, pyramid, or IBO schemes
• NFT & crypto asset products
• Any other products/services deemed too risky by us or our providers

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or reverse transactions that violate these restrictions. If you are unsure whether your intended use is allowed, please contact support@airetro.top before using the service.

Credit Packages

• Basic Package: 1 credit for $4.95 - Perfect for trying our service
• Standard Package: 10 credits for $19.90 - Best value for regular use
• Credit Usage: Each retro photo transformation uses 1 credit
• Validity: Credits do not expire under normal circumstances; if future policy changes are necessary, we will notify users in advance

Payment Terms

• All fees are processed securely through our payment partner Creem
• All purchases are one-time payments - no recurring subscriptions
• Each retro photo transformation consumes 1 credit from your account
• Prices may change; updated pricing applies to future purchases

Refund Policy

• Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased
• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues preventing service use
• To request a refund, contact us at support@airetro.top within 7 days of purchase
• Refund requests must include your order details and reason for the request
• Processing time for approved refunds is 5-10 business days

Credit Usage

• Credits are automatically deducted when you transform photos
• You can check your credit balance in the header when logged in
• Additional credits can be purchased at any time
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts

Your Content

• You retain all rights to your uploaded photos
• You own full commercial rights to generated retro photos
• You grant us permission to process your photos to provide the vintage transformation service
• You ensure you have necessary rights to any uploaded photos
• Generated retro photos can be used for any legal commercial purpose

Our Intellectual Property

• The service's technology, software, and design belong to us
• AI models and algorithms are protected by intellectual property rights
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our technology
• The "AI Retro Photo" trademark and brand belong to us
• Our training data and model weights are proprietary

Service Level

• We aim to provide stable service, but availability is not guaranteed
• Photo transformation time varies based on workload and image complexity
• Support for high-resolution outputs (4K HD realistic quality)
• Face preservation technology ensures 100% facial accuracy
• Image quality may vary depending on input photo quality and style preferences

Service Limitations

• Upload image file size limit of 10MB
• Supported formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, WebP
• Rate limits may apply during peak usage
• We reserve the right to limit usage to ensure fair access
• Some images may be filtered for content policy compliance

Your privacy is important to us. Our data processing practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Uploaded photos are stored only for processing and are regularly purged
• Original uploads are removed during regular cleanups
• Generated retro photos are stored to enable download and account history
• We do not use your photos to train our models or for other purposes
• All data processing complies with applicable privacy regulations

Service "As Is"

• We do not guarantee the service is completely error-free or uninterrupted
• AI transformation results may vary based on input photo quality and style preferences
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or suitability of generated retro photos
• External AI model dependencies may occasionally affect service performance
• Generated retro photos may not always match user expectations perfectly

Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the service fees you have paid
• We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages
• You assume the risk of using generated retro photos

Your Termination Rights

• You may stop using the service at any time
• You may request deletion of your account and related data
• Subscription cancellation does not immediately terminate service access

Our Termination Rights

We may suspend or terminate your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abusing the service or affecting other users
• Long-term inactive accounts
